1. Purpose and access
This website presents RB POWER’s studies, engineering and advisory services. Access is free, apart from any connection charges. The website offers no purchases, payments, subscriptions or contract signing.
2. Information and engagements
The content provides a general overview of our activities. It does not replace a project-specific study and is not a binding offer or a guarantee of financing, authorisation, yield or outcome. References are presented within applicable permissions and confidentiality commitments.
Sending an enquiry does not create an engagement or trigger a charge. Services are defined in a separate proposal and agreement setting out their scope, deliverables, schedule, fees and responsibilities.
3. Cancellation and refunds
As no payment is collected on this website, there is no online refund process. Cancellation, termination, deposits and any engagement refunds must be addressed in the relevant agreement. This page does not remove any mandatory rights, including consumer rights where applicable.
4. Use and confidentiality
Use the contact channels for relevant enquiries, with accurate information that you are authorised to disclose. Do not send abusive automated messages, malicious content or confidential documents. An appropriate channel and, where needed, a confidentiality agreement will be agreed before project documents are exchanged.
5. Content and intellectual property
Texts, brands and images belong to RB POWER or their respective rights holders. Statutory rights of access, quotation and other applicable exceptions remain available. Contact us for reuse beyond that scope. A third-party brand does not imply a partnership with or endorsement of RB POWER by its owner.

We seek to keep information accurate and may correct or update it. Interruptions or errors remain possible; please report any issue. Services reached through external links are governed by their own terms. Nothing on this page excludes liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
